Our passion to build a better world for people that need support in managing multiple medication. Our co-founder, Josh, watched his mum struggle with more than ten different prescription medicines needed to manage her arthritis and Parkinson Disease. Living with chronic illness is difficult enough without the added stress of managing multiple medications. MedAdvisor was started to help people like Josh’s mum take back control and make medication one less thing to worry about.

**About the Position**:
**As our Level 2 Application Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries, incidents, requests, and problems ensuring the provision of outstanding customer service
- Complete required configuration changes for Pharmacies to ensuring mínimal disruption to services
- Do SQL troubleshooting and report generation including creation of SQL scripts to improve workflow
- Perform user acceptance testing and providing feedback to Level 3 Technical Support and internal Engineering teams
- Ensure quality communication with internal and external stakeholder

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or similar
- 2+ years’ experience in a Support Desk/ Application Support position
- The ability to multi-task efficiently under time pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills, providing solutions to technical issues
- Great time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to various audiences (non-technical stakeholders), and provide exceptional customer service and technology
- Familiarity with SQL and database management
- Experience with an IT Service Management ticketing system (Zendesk, Jira)
- Experience with Windows OS
- Knowledge of AWS products and services (desirable)
- An understanding of the pharmaceutical/ medical field (desirable)
- ITIL Foundations (desirable)
