Qualifications & experience
- You will have a keen interest, and ideally experience working in the construction industry
- Have current White Card (not essential)
- Provide effective and efficient management of Project records including Client and subcontractor documents, specifications, meeting minutes, plans and reports
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience, with a focus on Word and Excel
- Provide high standard of service, present professionally and possess advanced communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with proven attention to detail
- Strong Communication Skills
- Well presented, personable and well spoken
- Be very organised, reliable and work well as part of a team with strong collaborative skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Excellent customer communication - verbal & written
- Supporting the construction, development, and asset team
- Preparation of reports and project documents
- Booking and/or attendance of meetings with customers & project managers
- Attending weekly site inspections
- Administration of our ISO9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 operating system
- Assisting the Tender Manager with preparation of tenders
- Facilities management and liaising with the Building Management & Strata Team including asset inspections
- Ad-hoc tasks assisting the Project Managers
