**About the role**

With a professional approach to customer care, a good understanding of Excel and other MS Office systems, great numerical and literacy skills, high attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and a healthy outlook, this role would suit someone building on their customer service career.

**Skills and Experience**

**We're looking for someone who has exceptional organisational and administration skills, plus -**
- Prior reception/admin experience
- Self motivated
- Approachable and well presented
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Can work well under high pressure and thrive in a busy environment
- With a high attention to detail

**As the department manager you'll also be responsible for these key responsibilities**
- Membership Administration
- Cancellations
- Debit Preparation
- Reporting
- Arrears collection
- Rostering of Staff
- Ordering of stock
- Front Desk shifts
- Assisting with daily operations
- Daily Banking

You'll need to be available to work opening and closing hours of the club, and work some weekend shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
