**About the role**

Join ACMI as our Festival Partnerships Manager to lead our diverse and vital program of festival and screen industry partnerships and deliver key stakeholder events, including exhibition openings. In this role you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and strong screen industry engagement. You'll also deliver a program of festival and industry partnerships that meet ACMI's and its partners' strategic aims and objectives. Reporting to the Director of Commercial & Development this is a part-time (0.8) fixed term parental leave cover position until 3 April 2026.

**What you'll bring to the role**
- Demonstrated experience within the festival and events industry in a similar position and premium environment.
- Significant experience in the negotiation and successful implementation of event delivery, preferably with a strong events management and hospitality background.
- Excellent relationship development and management skills, with the ability to form partnerships and maximise growth potential.
- Strong networking, presentation and communication skills alongside an ability to influence people and build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands to deliver results within specified timeframes.

- Part-time (0.8) fixed term role (until 3 April 2026 parental leave cover). Grade 5.1 role, with a starting salary of $106,534 pro rata plus super.
