**About the Role**

ACESGroup is seeking dedicated and professional Asset Protection Officers to join our team in the Brisbane area on a casual basis with a possibility to convert to full time.

This role is ideal for security professionals with a strong focus on protecting critical infrastructure, property, and people, who are looking to build a long-term career in the security industry. Working autonomously across a range of operational tasks, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, students, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Protecting property, assets, and infrastructure through proactive patrolling and risk identification
- Observing, reporting, and responding to on-site incidents
- Supporting emergency response and site evacuation protocols
- Performing safety and compliance inspections across various facilities
- Identifying and mitigating risks to reduce incidents and improve public safety
- Delivering professional customer service in a dynamic environment
- Writing concise, accurate incident and shift reports

**Essential Criteria**
- Current QLD Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Aviation Security knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Ability and availability to works a 24/7 rotating roster
- Intermediate to advanced computer and reporting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain and maintain relevant security clearances, including ASIC where applicable.
