**About the role**

This position provides expert strategic legal and employment advice, representation and support on a wide range of employment issues to line Managers and other staff within the People and Culture Directorate in order to achieve Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) business and service objectives.

The role includes engagement with Industrial bodies and representing the District at various tribunals and committees inclusive of the District Consultative Committee.
