**Your New Role**
This dynamic group has experience in the areas of banking and commercial litigation, as well as corporate and personal insolvency recovery.

Your role will see you:

- Work with leading Partners and lawyers in their field
- Focus on banking litigation including enforcement of mortgages and other securities
- Drafting correspondence to clients and other parties
- Draft and settle claims
- Preparation of court documents
- Client relationship management
- Attendance at settlement conferences, mediations and court appearances

**Your Skills Profile**
- 2+ PAE in banking or commercial litigation.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Quality outcome-driven with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in insolvency is highly desirable
- Team player who relishes the opportunity to develop your career
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Experience in managing files and being proactive in progressing matters to resolution
- Strong time management
