**About our role**:
Northern Star has new & exciting opportunities for experienced Maintenance Planners to join us across our world-class operational sites at Carosue Dam & Thunderbox. These opportunities are offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off permanent roster, with FIFO ex Perth & select sites FIFO ex Busselton. The Maintenance Planner reports to the Maintenance Superintendent, and the primary role is to develop, implement and maintain maintenance strategies in Pronto for Maintenance teams in a safe and productive work environment by ensuring all work practices/procedures meet statutory, company OHS&E and company operational standards within the Maintenance Department.

- Working as part of the maintenance team, providing an effective and responsive maintenance function to the production section.
- Develop, implement and execute timely shutdown plans for the Processing Plant.
- Keeping effective record keeping for maintenance schedules.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives & manage all activities so that they are carried out in a cost effective manner.
- Contribute to the planning process that enables production and processing optimisation and demonstrate support for management.

- **Qualifications**: Electrical/Mechanical Trade Qualification (desirable); frontline management or equivalent (desirable); current Australian Driver’s Licence
