This hotel is part of Don Hodge Group who own and operate seven pubs across Sydney and regional NSW and have commenced building the seventh, our first greenfield site, also in Sydney's southwest. The Hotels are spread across Sydney, Newcastle and Regional NSW..

We are recruiting for our beloved southwest Sydney venue, the East Hills Hotel.

The role will see you working directly with the Licensee to ensure the day to day operations are run as smoothly as possible. Its a role for someone who has some form of venue management or supervisor experience, but is looking to take on more responsibility and learn off a fantastic leader.

The venue has been fully refurbished and has incredibly modern facilities throughout.

We are looking for a hospitality professional (potentially professionals) who have experience in:

- TAB, Gaming, Food & Beverage operations - Pub style
- Staff management
- Customer relations
- Opening & closing procedures
- Staff training
- Upholding policy & procedures
- Compliance
- Sign on bonus**:

**Salary**: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
