**Position description**:
We are seeking enthusiastic experienced Hospital Pathology Collectors to join our team on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. You will be an essential team member working in the hospital setting and your responsibilities will include the following:

- Collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients including conducting basic tests such as ECG and Holter Monitoring
- Following strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all samples are accurately labelled
- Guiding patients or caregivers on sampling procedures
- Preparing specimens for transportation to the laboratory

- Is open to working part time hours on a Saturday & Sunday plus weekdays, between 6am to 8pm.

- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High level attention to detail and record keeping skills.

A National Police Check, Working with Children Check clearance and First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) will be required prior to commencement.
Please note, we require a minimum commitment of 15-20 hours per week. During the training period, you will need to attend full time training for three weeks.
