**Your new role**
Reporting in a flat structure to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be overseeing a workforce of approximately 40 permanent employees. Core aspects of the role include:

- Management of the site workforce and contractors as required
- Training and management of staff, including management of the HSE function. A strong commitment to safety is a must
- Implementing and guiding Continuous Improvement initiatives to continue business growth and maintaining best practice manufacturing standards
- Overseeing plant functions, including inductions and documentation required for compliance

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Technical qualifications in engineering are viewed favourably, or a trades background with senior management experience
- Demonstrable experience in an operations leadership role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong communication skills up and down the organisational hierarchy, as well as operational reporting acumen
