Goulburn, Australia Indigeco Pty Ltd Full time

$32-38 per hour + super | 35 hours week per week
- Rotating Roster 8:00am-6:00pm
- ASAP Start | for 3-6 months contract with possible extensions

**Customer Service Representative - skills required**:

- Experience working in a contact Centre environment with high volume inbound calls
- Intermediary computer skills to simultaneously navigate different software systems
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/phone based environment
- Available to work on Rotating Roster 8:00am-6:00pm
- WWCC and Cleared Police check

**Administration Officer - skills required**:

- Experience providing administrative and support services, including records management, meeting and event coordination, maintenance of supplies and equipment, travel and accommodation and fleet management.
- Able to manage correspondence for the unit, respond to telephone enquiries and escalate them in a timely and accurate manner.
- Able to collate various reports to provide information flow to the unit.
- Experience in financial transactions including the FBT return for Motor Vehicles, purchasing processes including supplier creation, fleet services, and other activities such as accounts reconciliations, stock take returns, asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals, ensuring compliance standards and procedures.
