The successful applicant must ensure accurate service provision and may be required to assist in other Administration roles in the department to maintain priority services. **Key Responsibilities**: - Ensuring that all relevant Cashier and departmental procedures are being followed - Cash handling and reconciliation of floats - Complete tasks (ie end-of month spreads sheets, accounts, invoices and cash amounts) in a timely manner. **_ What you bring_** - Experience using information systems including, billing, finance and MS Office products. - Experience coordinating data management, data entry, data integrity and quality. - Demonstrated oral and written communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated attention to detail - Excellent communication, customer service and people skills. - Ability to work both unsupervised and as an effective team member. **WHY JOIN US** **_ CMN is an Affiliated Health Organisation providing services to both public and private patients primarily from the Hunter New England area.
