**Job Type**: Casual to start | 3 days/week | HUGE Potential for more hours and a permanent role

**About Us**
We’re a friendly, down-to-earth team providing quality garden maintenance and reticulation services to a growing list of regular clients. We love what we do and take pride in working outdoors, transforming gardens, and building strong client relationships.

We’re looking for a **motivated, reliable gardener** to join our team and grow with us.

You’ll be working in a team of two with full support, and we use a simple scheduling app to keep things efficient and stress-free.

**To Apply**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous gardening experience (advantageous)
Current C-class driver’s licence and own transport
Full working rights in Australia
Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Positive attitude, tidy appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
Physically fit and happy working outdoors
Comfortable using a smartphone for simple scheduling app
Horticulture or retic experience is a bonus (not essential)

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
- Weeding, pruning, hedging and planting
- Mulching, raking and general garden clean-up
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Assisting with reticulation installs and maintenance (training provided)
- Providing friendly, professional service to clients
