Position Overview:
As a Gardener with Daryn's Garden Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep and development of our clients' gardens. You will work closely with our team to plant, weed, prune, and care for various plants and flowers to ensure they flourish throughout the seasons. Attention to detail, a love for plants, and a proactive approach to garden maintenance are essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine garden maintenance tasks such as planting, watering, pruning, and fertilising plants.
- Monitor plants for pests and diseases, taking appropriate action to mitigate issues.
- Assist in the installation of new landscaping features and garden designs as directed.
- Operate and maintain garden tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their gardens.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role, with a strong understanding of plant care techniques.
- Knowledge of common plants, flowers, and garden maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, following instructions and completing tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle various gardening tools and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
- C class manual license
- Current National Police Clearance (3 months)

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
