Job Description

**About the Role**

This is a practical, physical role that plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy branch. You’ll be responsible for keeping the yard and workshop areas tidy, functional, and safe - helping ensure equipment and machinery are ready for dispatch and that incoming stock is properly received.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Managing the general appearance, order, and cleanliness of the yard and workshop areas
- Ensuring all equipment is prepared for transfers and deliveries
- Safely receiving and storing incoming machinery and attachments
- Supporting the workshop team with basic tasks
- Assisting with other general branch duties as needed
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to company procedures

**What We’re Looking For**
- A current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar yard, workshop or logistics role
- A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- A dependable and self-motivated approach
- Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work
