Commonwealth Organisation seeking Policy Officer for 6 months with view for Ongoing role.

**Your new company**
A Commonwealth organisation responsible for on policy, regulation and programs to supplement the provision of communications infrastructure and services in order to provide positive consumer and business outcomes.
**Your new role**
As a Policy and Program Officer you will be responsible for:

- Provide advice on communications-related policy,
- Effectively manage contractual relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct analysis of the operational performance of contracts managed by the Branch
- Assist with the administration of grants programs.
- Drafting policy documents including reports and briefings

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - including the ability to produce written documents that are clear and concise.
- Previous experience in Government or a regulatory environment
- Previous Policy experience and a strong understanding of legislative requirements in Australia
- Strong analytical stills - including the ability to analyse a range of data and present findings in report forms
