**About the role**:
We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to support our Clinical Governance team based at head office in South Brisbane. Reporting to the Group Manager - Quality Systems Improvement you will assist in the coordination of meetings (and their agendas), document creation and formatting, support incoming queries, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress tasks, projects and business as usual activities. This role is a 3 month contract position with an immediate start.
The successful applicant will engage in day-to-day activities including:
- Coordinating meetings and their agenda
- Supporting Clinical Governance team with presentations and document writing
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure activities are coordinated and on track.
- Collating patient surveys and summarises their results
- Creating schedules and timetables to support on-site visits
- Receiving and collating feedback that can improve current processes
**About you**:
We are seeking a motivated Team Administrator who is excited to develop their skills and career to deliver outcomes. You will have:
- Demonstrated advanced computing skills - Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint
- Strong organisational skills -ability to effectively prioritise and communicate with all stakeholder to ensure daily tasks are managed in a timely manner
- Previous experience in health care administration tasks
- Document management
