**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated **Administration Assistant** to support our growing team. Based in our Woy Woy office, this role is key in maintaining effective communication between clients, field staff, and the office team. You’ll assist in upholding high standards of service delivery by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client records, and supporting compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative support to Service Delivery teams
- Maintain well-organised filing systems for service user records
- Conduct accurate and efficient data entry
- Prepare and distribute service user documentation (e.g., onboarding packs)
**Record Maintenance**
- Keep registers and records (e.g., compliance, funding) up to date
- Review and update client records regularly to reflect any changes
**Compliance Monitoring**
- Conduct service user compliance checks in line with policies and standards
**Client Liaison**
- Be a point of contact for client administrative queries
- Work with care coordinators to organise client reviews and home visits
- Maintain clear communication between admin and care teams
**Documentation**
- Prepare service agreements, consent forms, care plans, and other documentation
- Ensure documents meet regulatory and organisational standards
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification (highly regarded)
- Experience in administrative roles (health or community care sector preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident with data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Understanding of client confidentiality and privacy
- Familiarity with **Carelink** or similar systems (highly regarded)
**Compensation**:
Casual position with an hourly pay rate based on competencies, qualifications, and experience.
