**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve clinic targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty or skincare is a MUST.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Sales is a MUST.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and products is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
