**What's on offer?**:
As a New Home Consultant you will build integral relationships, provide consistent and excellent customer service to deliver the dream of home ownership. You will be provided with leads generated by company marketing strategies and will be expected to follow up on new enquiries to convert to new home sale contracts.

Responsibilities include:

- Generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network
- Updating and maintaining sales data
- Continuously learning new products and land availability
- Producing home & land packages
- Effective management of customer relations through to the completion of each home

**What can you bring?**:
You will be a self-starter with a proven track record in B2C sales and be passionate about forging a career in the residential construction industry.

You will also possess:

- Excellent selling and negotiation skills to meet customers’ needs
