Allied Business Relocations - Canberra are proud to be an industry leading commercial relocation company that supports many of Australia's big company names with their relocation needs. We have had exponential growth in Canberra and are looking to grow our team with further leadership support.

Ideally this person has come from a logistic or transport background and has had either leadership experience or can demonstrate leadership qualities. This position requires somebody that can provide the attention to detail required to schedule our fleet and keep accurate timecards of our team as well as hands-on whilst supervising the team on site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule the fleet to align with individual job and client requirements
- Allocate and roster the team following our rostering principles and legislative requirements.
- Record and collate the hours worked by the team and submit information to the payroll department.
- Provide an environment where safety issues and initiatives are effectively communicated to the team.
- Set clear instructions and communicate job requirements to the crew.
- Provide onsite, hands-on assistance that the crew may require on their daily tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of a C-Class license.
- Asbestos, white card and forklift license would be advantageous.
- Basic computer skills.
- Supervisor experience or skill sets.
- Hands-on team player.
- Opportunist and problem solver.

**Salary**: $69,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canberra, ACT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
