Work to support various business units in a global company - Support with physical access enquiries, surveillance, and monitoring - A fast paced role with well-defined processes Maxima has been engaged to source a Security Technical Controller to work at a highly regarded client based in Mascot. ***About the Role** Working in the broader security team, you will be responsible for physical access enquiries, surveillance and monitoring services across the large facility. Day to day operational activities include: - Providing support to allow physical access to facilities and airports for employees, contractors and customers - a high level of data processing - working with confidential staff and security information - Working on the latest technology and IT systems - Maintaining strict compliance by following strict, well-defined processes and SOP’s Please note this is not a cyber security role, this is a physical aviation security role. **About You** You possess the following attributes: - A high level of professionalism - A strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across multiple IT systems - Able to work unsupervised to achieve optimal outcomes - Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in Security aviation industry and/or control room environment is desirable but not essential. **Benefits** Work in a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
