**Our Client**:
Our client is a leading investment platform provider in the Fintech space. They are an ASX listed Fintech firm currently experiencing growth. So get your foot in the door in the finance/fintech space with this opportunity. They are seeking 3x employees with knowledge and experience within the Investment/Superannuation space to join their growing team.

**The Role**:

- Client account maintenance and processing transactions
- Speak with financial advisers to assist with any queries
- Assist with adviser and dealer group administration
- Maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional customer experience.
- Utilise effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
- Assist with the development of training material for new and existing features and/or processes.
- Draft and produce client communications as required by advisors and managers.

**You Need**:

- Minimum 6 months superannuation or investments experience
- MUST have experience working in a call centre
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work within a high-volume contact centre environment.
- Understanding of platform, reporting and wrap services ideal but not necessary.
