The role
Reporting to the Manager, Analytics you will lead the review and development of clinically relevant and robust patient safety and quality indicators in association with state-wide clinicians, statisticians, consumers, coding, and departmental staff. You will also develop, coordinate, and implement strategic organisational strategies and initiatives in a clinical environment using project management methodologies.

Furthermore, you will provide authoritative advice to senior and executive management using effective written communications skills in the development of correspondence, Departmental and Ministerial Briefings, and reports.

The successful person

In addition to this, you will have the proven ability to communicate with influence, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to cultivate productive working relationships and networks.
