**Your future in food starts here | Retail Area Manager - Independent Butcher Outlets**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Location: Bells Creek, Caloundra and Kilcoy**

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial manager to join our team to run our two retail outlets, one traditional and one cutting edge and innovative.

You will be responsible for managing the two customer facing retail outlets operations by providing a high level of leadership to the retail outlets staff in customer service, product quality and presentation along with community engagement. This role will also maintain and develop processes for compliance, business administration and new business development within in local communities.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Experience in management in the retail industry is essential.
- An extensive understanding of butchery and meat management, along with a passion for our industry.
- Previous leadership roles with multiple direct reports essential.
- Entrepreneurial flair and passion.
- Vision and strategy in setting up retail settings.
- Ability to think outside the box in terms of sales strategy and presentation.
- Some experience with ECommerce would be highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in product development and innovation would be highly regarded.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong and trusted relationships with team members, customers, and the wider community.
- Availability to work Monday - Saturday (5.5 day trading store)
