**Placement & Data Officer**:
Gowrie SA has Australian Government funding to operate the state-wide Inclusion Agency in South Australia as part of the Inclusion Support Programme (ISP). The Gowrie SA Inclusion Agency is looking for a committed new colleague, working full time, based at our Thebarton site.

The Placement and Data Officer will provide administrative support to the Inclusion Agency leadership team, working with the Finance Officer/Administration Team Leader to ensure the Administration teams work in collaboration with one another, including provision of administration and Specialist Equipment Library support, as and when needed.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**

As the Placement & Data Officer, the primary functions of the role will be to:

- provide information about the Inclusion Support Program to services submitting a Request for Service (RFS)
- ensure data collection is accurate and current, for reporting purposes
- internally allocate eligible services to Inclusion Professionals
- set up services in the Customer Record Management (CRM) database
- provide data as requested in line with reporting processes, including analysis of this data to meet key objectives of this program; and
- identify and engage with eligible services in South Australia that are currently not accessing the Inclusion Agency in South Australia

**Requirements/Selection Criteria**
**Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge (Essential)**:

- A qualification in Business or Business Administration
- Experience working in previous roles with data collection and analysis
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and online systems such as Portals, Customer Relationship Management software and video conferencing

**Experience & Knowledge (Desirable)**:

- Experience in the context of working with education or care services

The Placement & Data Officer must:

- Hold a current full driver license will be required
- Provide evidence of a current cleared DHS Working with Children Check

This position is being offered as either FT or part time (30 hours a week), negotiable dependent on the successful person.
