**Position Summary**:
The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the logistics operations within the facility, ensuring optimal functioning of food and beverage services, cleaning operations, security staff and maintaining a strong compliance framework. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, staff management, and collaborative process improvement. The Logistics Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, compliance with policies and procedures, and effective management of staff rosters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Leadership: Lead the operations of food, beverage, and cleaning departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Policy Compliance and Improvement: Monitor and enforce adherence to all operational policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing them.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain and foster productive relationships with external partners to ensure aligned and efficient operational practices.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and address any operational issues, implementing long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Roster Management: Oversee the development and management of effective staff rosters, including adjustments based on operational needs, in collaboration with clinical leadership.
- Effective Communication: Ensure clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organisation and with external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Team Development and Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with all staff and partners, ensuring a collaborative and efficient operational environment.
- Proven experience in logistics or operational management within healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management.
- A deep commitment to upholding high standards of quality and compliance.
- Flexibility to respond to the operational demands of a 24/7 healthcare facility.
