Analyst, Brokerage Logistics & Industrial - VIC North West
**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our high-performing Logistics & Industrial Brokerage team in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll provide crucial analytical and marketing support to our brokers, helping drive revenue growth and operational excellence across the VIC North West industrial and logistics market.
Reporting to the National Director, Head of Logistics & Industrial - VIC North West, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be part of one of Australia’s leading commercial real estate platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Source, collect, and analyse sales and leasing evidence
- Prepare market reports and client presentations
- Maintain and update key property, company, and contact records
- Assist in property-level cashflow modelling
- Write and design high-quality property marketing materials
- Support the creation of pitch documents for major assets
- Manage due diligence processes during campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams including research, valuations, and marketing
**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree-qualified in Property, Business, Economics, or Finance
- Experience in an Analyst role, Assistant Valuer, or Valuer position (ideal)
- Strong database management and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of financial modelling and commercial property value drivers
- Friendly, professional, and able to work autonomously
