We are currently expanding our team and looking for passionate and experienced aged care workers to provide high-quality support to our clients in the community.

As an Aged Care / Home Care Worker, your role will involve:
Providing personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)

Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation and domestic tasks

Offering social support and companionship

Transporting clients to appointments and community activities

Providing respite care and community access

Keeping accurate records and communicating effectively with the care team

Shifts will vary based on availability, and travel between clients may be required (km reimbursement included).

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking individuals with experience in aged care or nursing background.

Essential Requirements:
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support

First Aid and CPR Certification (valid)

National Police Check (within the last 6 months)

Working with Children Check (valid)

Australian Driver’s License and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Smartphone for work-related communication

Preferred Skills:
✔ Ability to provide compassionate and professional personal care

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Good time management and organisational skills

✔ Willingness to participate in further training opportunities
