Maxima, in partnership with our employer, are seeking a driven, receptionist/administration assistant trainee to join their financial planning firm.

Our client is a financial planning business located in Morwell, who have been providing professional planning advice since 1987. Their passion is helping businesses and individuals achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.

Over the course of 12-months you will be working full-time as the face of the business, gaining practical office experience across the daily business operations, whilst achieving a nationally recognised
**Certificate III in Business.**

**Duties Include**:

- Meet and greet clients with exceptional customer service
- Document processing and management (copying, scanning, and filing)
- Create and maintain client details
- Additional administrative duties as required including invoicing and booking appointments
