**Job Description**:
**ParentsNext Client Attraction Coach**

ParentsNext Client Attraction Coach is a dual role dedicated to assisting parents to address barriers, increase skills and qualification in preparation for the workforce.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
Client Attraction Coach
- Engaging with Various Community Organisations and Stakeholders.
- Contributing towards Business growth and development.
- Liaise with customers, clients, contractors and consultants at the highest level

**You will have**:

- Motivation and drive to provide excellent customer service and work to targets;
- Ability to motivate and encourage our job seekers;
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs;
- Intermediate skills in the use of the Microsoft Office computing package;
- Previous employment services experience will be highly regarded, (although not essential);
- Current police clearance no greater than 6 months old (or ability to obtain).
