We currently have a great opportunity for an Employer Engagement Consultant - you will build both new and existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients.
**A day in the life of an Employer Engagement Consultant**
- No longer will you sit in an office day-in day-out, you will be out and about building employer relationships and marketing clients to prospective employers
- Develop and maintain employer and community networks
- Manage a small caseload of clients
- Provide advocacy and information about atWork Australia's services - connecting both clients and the wider community.

- Ability to network with employers and generate leads and account manage employers effectively;
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities and;
- Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
