**Supervisor - Perth Based**:
The **Metro Field Service Supervisor** is essential in providing our clients with ad-hoc timely solutions to attend to major breakdowns, machine mobe, demob, and general maintenance on all Mining & Civil Equipment in the metro area.

**The Role**:
**Communication** is key The Supervisor must have a proven ability to **liaise, coordinate** and **mobilise** suitable employee(s) to **deliver **agreed objectives, quality of work & adapting to individual site safe work practices to **promote** Zero Harm in line with our **Vision, Mission** & **Values**.

**Focus areas**:

- ** Coordinate** all aspects of employee **rosters** and job orders and be highly **motivated** and be able to **lead by example**, **mentor**, and **coach** employees.
- Organise **quotes, purchase orders, payroll, **and **invoicing** to achieve division budget targets.
- Foster a culture of **accountability** and **performance** across all levels to ensure **target deadlines **are achieved.
- ** Cultivate** open and **honest communication** with team members,** and build rapport** and **trust** with clients & suppliers.
- Maintain a high standard of **accurate** documentation and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience** and **exposure** in a leadership role - supervisor/team leader/leading hand.
- Experience in working with **civil and mining** clients as well as working with mechanics, auto electricians, and boilermakers.
- Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Qualification (Cert III Mobile Plant).
- Valid Australian Driver's licence (Minimum C Class).
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
