SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex and challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time.

Mammoet are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Recruitment Administrator to assist the Perth HR/Recruitment department in our Head Office in Henderson on a full-time basis. This role a great opportunity for someone with aspirations to develop a career in recruitment, offering valuable hands-on experience and early exposure to various recruitment tasks to gain expertise in the art of recruitment. At Mammoet you’ll have the chance to gain firsthand knowledge from our experienced recruiters, forming a strong foundation for your career in recruitment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Coordinating training requirements with external partners for new hires
- Executing and overseeing the entire onboarding process from start to finish
- Setting up and requesting inductions access for new hires
- Monitoring and following up on hiring compliance
- Assisting with the wider team's with general HR/Recruitment admin
- Occasionally assisting the recruitment team with phone screens, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Proven administrative experience, preferably within the HR, Recruitment or Mobilization space
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines
- A proactive mindset with the ability to demonstrate initiative and think strategically
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- To be a collaborative team player with a supportive approach to shared team goals
