What does the job look like?

Reporting to the President Commercial, the General Manager of Analytics & Design and Solutions plays a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain operations by providing strategic insights, implementing efficient processes, and identifying innovative solutions.

This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall performance.

Key accountabilities include:
Strategic Insights - lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive insights strategy to enhance visibility into supply chain operations.

Process Optimisation - evaluate existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Performance Metrics - define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish performance targets to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations.

Talent Development - build and develop a high-performing team by providing leadership, mentorship, and coaching.

Other background/experience will include:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field
- 15+ years’ experience in supply chain management with a focus on insights, efficiencies, and solutions
- Experience with supply chain technologies including ERP systems, data analytical tools and automation solutions
- Proven track record of driving process optimisation and performance improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
