**Who are we?**

We are currently hiring **CUSTOMER SERVICE and SALES SUPERSTARS** to join our team for the Christmas season. If you love interacting with people, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working towards goals, we want to hear from you

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Providing friendly and genuine customer service
- Sales and upselling of mobile phone accessories
- Stocktake and inventory management
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Meeting and exceeding store KPIs

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal, Temp to perm, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
