The opportunity
We are seeking a Graduate Sustainability Advisor to work collaboratively as part of our progressive Sustainability and Resilience team to support the development and delivery of sustainability strategies with a focus on net zero, net positive regenerative outcomes and climate resilience
What is your typical day look like:
Assist the development of sustainability and climate resilience strategies to the required quality and timeframes;

Assist the delivery of sustainability ratings on buildings and infrastructure projects - ISCA and Greenstar;

Work in collaboration with multi discipline teams to deliver sustainability and environmental outcomes on projects;

Gain awareness and familiarity with the commercial aspects of projects; and

Assist with the delivery of Mott MacDonald’s sustainability strategy and champion office level sustainability initiatives
- A relevant tertiary qualification in environmental management, engineering, science, sustainability or related field;
- Enthusiastic and ambitious, with a passion for continual professional development;
- Self-motivated with good organisational capability;
- Team and client focused and able to collaborate in a multi-discipline multi-geography environment; and
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
