This is a non-ongoing opportunity with an expected completion date of 30 June 2026.

The Research and Publications Manager is responsible for managing the Procedure and Research Section’s parliamentary information and research activities under the direction of the Assistant Director, Research and Training.

The Research and Publications Manager also coordinates and completes research tasks related to the operation of the Senate and its committees. Key tasks include retrieving and analysing information from parliamentary databases and drafting accurate and timely responses to requests for information from senators, senior officers of the department, interparliamentary bodies, and members of the public.
