Carpet Cleaning Technician - Contractor

THE POSITION IS ONLY OPEN FOR (SUB-CONTRACTORS ONLY).

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Available for SUB-CONTRACTORS ONLY.
- Performance bonuses and commissions are paid on a weekly basis if you try to upsell and promote other products and services.
- 20% commission for up-sales.
- 10% commission for closed business deals.
- The contractor Percentage is to be discussed during the Initial and Final interviews.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT.
- Willing to work and keep learning in this industry.
- Willing to do SALES.
- Have a current open driver’s license.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have an employment history demonstrating a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carpet, upholstery cleaning, domestic and commercial cleaning.
- Experience in pest control and flood restoration is a plus
- A pest control license will be a huge advantage.
- Positively recommending additional products and services to customers.
- Customer Service.
- Use and general maintenance of machinery.
- Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers.
