**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

Leading the way in the civil construction industry, my client specializes in $5 million to $20 million subdivision projects including bulk earthworks, construction of retaining walls, onsite retention basin (OSD), water, electrical and sewer reticulation, telecommunication and stormwater drainage works.

They are seeking a seasoned Foreman to oversee site operations, move projects along, and foster a cooperative work atmosphere in addition to raising staff morale. The company values leadership, collaboration and they treat their employees like family.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As a Foreman, your duties will include planning, organizing, and overseeing the work of all site workers, making sure that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, and managing the necessary tools and supplies.

**DUTIES.**
- Arranging construction projects in accordance with plans and priorities
- Making plans and keeping track of the crew's attendance
- Assigning daily and general tasks
- Ensuring safety requirements are met

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Familiarity with subdivision or earthwork projects
- A thorough comprehension of technical requirements
- Capacity to increase productivity of subcontractors
- Many years of complete project delivery experience
