Venue Manager - Kazim’s Donerci (New Opening)

Full-time | Rotating Roster | Weekends & Public Holidays Required

Kazim’s Donerci is opening its first venue in Concord with a vision to grow across Sydney. We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Venue Manager to lead our team, build a vibrant workplace culture, and deliver an unforgettable dining experience from day one.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead the venue’s day-to-day operations and team performance
- Drive a high standard of customer service based on our signature Kazim’s service steps
- Own the financial performance (KPI tracking, stock, invoicing) via Heirloom app
- Support and train FOH and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, fun and efficient service
- Oversee rostering, food safety, and customer complaint resolution
- Champion our brand, catering options, and customer loyalty

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role (hospitality/QSR ideal)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on attitude
- A passion for creating seamless guest experiences
- Food Safety Supervisor Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and key calendar events
