**THE OPPORTUNITY**
You will be involved in the whole beer making process and we are looking for:

- A Grain to Keg or Can approach
- A love for beer - tasting it, talking about it, designing it, creating it
- QA + QC operations
- Skilled in various support roles including kegging
- End-to-end processes, operations, filtration, tank clean and sanitation
- Pack line preparation for canning
- Keg racking
- Raw ingredients appraisal
- Product development

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proactive self-starter
- Two years of hands-on experience within the brewery industry
- Have the ability to work independently as part of a wider team
- Motivated to learn and grow
- Demonstrate aptitude for coordinating production in a brewing environment
- Recognised technical brewing qualifications are highly regarded
- Working knowledge of brewer safety systems
