- Position: Barista
- Location: Caffe Cherry Beans, Macquarie Center
- Working days: Saturday and Sunday

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee-based beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks, with precision and attention to detail
- Utilize your expertise to recommend and create customized beverages based on customers' preferences
- Ensure consistent quality by adhering to established recipes, brewing techniques, and presentation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar area and equipment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop or a similar environment is essential
- Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, roasting techniques, brewing methods, and latte art
- Ability to handle a high volume of orders while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work on weekends is a requirement

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
