**The Company**
Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the logistics industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a Credit Controller to join the Melbourne team.
**The Role**
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience as a Credit Controller with key responsibilities including:
- Integrity and timely completion of all data reconciliation tasks as applicable to the portfolio.
- Proactively review all overdue transactions and follow up customers.
- Support Team Lead with tasks as required.
- Use Microsoft Excel to enable the efficient and easy reconciliation of high-volume customer accounts.
- Maintain a solid understanding of customer operations across the segment and actively support the Credit Manager in all finance and commercial related matters.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, processes and procedures relating to all administrative, finance and commercial functions.
**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years' experience within Collections and Credit.
- Experience working in a B2B company.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong credit controller experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
