- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to train them on how to effectively use the Fordham AMS
- Travel to Board and Community meetings to run workshops on the Fordham AMS
- Build a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients and
- provide feedback to the Client services manager on where the AMS can be improved to support client needs
- Work with the team to achieve referrals and retention opportunities through active client management and engagement
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the Client Service Manager and team to improve business process and procedures

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

- Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding of technology - Ability to use Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
- Ability to travel frequently and Valid Driver’s licence
- Cultural awareness and experience working with indigenous communities, desirable not mandatory
- Prior experience in a customer service and office administration role
- Experience in managing stakeholders and relationships
- Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
