**Job Description** Oaks Melbourne Southbank Suites** is seeking a **Common Area Cleaner / Houseperson** to join our hardworking and friendly Housekeeping Team.

- Ensure public and common areas of the hotel are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Use specialised equipment and cleaning agents safely and effectively.
- Assist guests and staff with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to deliver efficient, timely service.
- Report maintenance issues or lost property promptly and follow proper procedures.
- Safeguard hotel property, keys, and adhere to security and health & safety protocols.
- Attend daily briefings and contribute to the overall housekeeping success.
