Rise Facilities Management is a provider of 'gold-standard' cleaning and facility services to apartment complexes across metropolitan Melbourne.

As an organisation, we genuinely care about our people - most importantly, this includes our staff and our clients.

We currently have cleaner positions available (Monday to Sunday), including full-time, part-time and casual/relief positions.

We are a small and dynamic team that treats our people with respect, and we enjoy supporting our team members with best-in-market cleaning equipment and thorough training.  Your safety and job satisfaction are extremely important to us.

Job Specifics:

  • Utilising motorised mops, sweepers and powerhead vacuums, you will clean floor surfaces much quicker than with traditional methods.
  • Detailed cleaning of other common areas of the apartment complexes, including resident recreation and amenity areas.
  • Walk-through inspections and safety checks of all areas.
  • Online reporting of issues to our facilities management team (via tablet/phone app).
  • Competitive and transparent remuneration structure, above industry standards.

What we're looking for:

  • You must currently live in Melbourne.
  • Mature applicants with prior cleaning experience (strata cleaning preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Honest, reliable, punctual, can-do attitude and always friendly.
  • Must be willing to travel within metro Melbourne.
  • Proficient English language skills (spoken and written).
  • A resume and employment references, as evidenced above, are essential for your application to proceed further.
