**Your New Role**:
Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in home clinical care and services that meet the needs of the wider community. As a **Partnerships, Growth and Sustainability Lead **you will be the key liaison and responsible for the growth and sustainability of Out of Hospital and Virtual Care Operations through the development and management of key partnerships of Australian Unity’s Home Health (HH) business.

You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and maintaining relationships that support the expansion and long-term viability of contracted services. You will ensure contractual obligations are met by managing stakeholders, handling complaints, progressing opportunities, and ensuring data driven reporting that aligns with operational goals.

This is a **full-time opportunity** and as we are a National company this role **can be based within QLD, NSW or VIC **where you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid work model.

**About You**:

- Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role (ideally from a healthcare background)
- Experience with the private health system
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends
- Experience in partnership development, business growth and healthcare operations
- Experience in contract management including negotiation, compliance and performance tracking
- Analytical with excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate productive and effective business partnering relationships
