An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service / Admin all-rounder** to join our team, based in Shellharbour.

The role primarily involves processing orders, converting enquiries into sales, and advising customers regarding product options and delivery timeframes. At times the role will also involve picking and despatching orders, and ordering stock from suppliers.

Experience in a similar administration role is essential and previous experience in a wholesale distribution environment with knowledge of freight shipping process would be highly regarded.

- Knowledge in hospitality field is an advantage

- Strong administration and organisational skills
- **Strong MS Office skills**
- Experience with E-Commerce is an advantage
- Experience with online freight bookings is an advantage
- Experience with QuickBooks is also an advantage
- Must be capable of using a platform ladder to get stock off shelves

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Administration and Office management support
- Customer Service
- Process and dispatch orders
- Accurately create invoices
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Liaise with suppliers in a professional manner
- Smooth operation of the day to day business
- Occasionally Picking and Packing (this involves using a ladder and carrying cartons)
- Other duties as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
